We will contact you to go over the details of the specific service you would like.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy - Making Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds Thank you for choosing The Waxologist for your waxing needs! To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy: Appointments: All services require a scheduled appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 5 minutes late could result in forfeiting your appointment and your deposit. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We want to accommodate all of our clients to the best of our ability. We respect the time of all our clients. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please reach out via text at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time - 480-997-4903. We will do our best to accommodate you per your circumstances, but cannot guarantee your service can be completed. Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable/non-transferrable. Deposits: All services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Services that are $25 or less require to be paid in full and are subject to the same refund cancellation terms. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
